Actually, it's here i want to share with aout a business or leadership philosophy. To be a great and global entrepreneur, we must have knowledge on everything. In order to own this, what we need to do is to read more and more. This way definitely helps us to increase our knowledge besides help us to have better understanding on technology. We should also learn from someone who knows better than us even they are our subordinates. Here, humility or humbleness is something that really works. Having vision is a must as it will trigger us to work hard for it but we must believe ourselves first and never say no. Commitment is also important in achieving our goals as we will put great effort in completing every single work towards the goals. Sometimes, it is useful for us to spend even a little time to think what is good about us. This will at least encourage us to be better. Business is about playing a game, so it is vital for entrepreneur to understand or frame the parameters in making any decision so that the result obtain will satisfy us. To be success entrepreneurs, we must be good in analysing the problems of demands and how to manage them. The demands could be from the customers or the subordinates. We really have to give clear information to our subordinates so that the work could be done more effectively. Entrepreneurs should make the differences or create monopolistic and willing to break the rules. In order to achieve this, we should be well independent especially in terms of financial and knowledge. In conclusion, a passion is a must.
